A prophetic flow began to be released in the worship as Adam and team began to sing “God invade the earth” over and over and over. Out of that prophetic release, Bob asked all the business people in the room to step into the aisle for God to release a fresh anointing over them. Others of us began to lay hands on those that filled the aisles.

Towards the end of the worship, Art began to prophesy over some visitors from Laredo, TX. God released a powerful apostolic anointing and grace over their lives and over that gate of the nation. We began to ask God to release His fire and His glory over our borders. Many laid hands on those from Laredo.

Bob then taught out of II Corinthians 10:12 – 13

Each of us has a measure of ministry or calling that comes from God whether that is a calling from God to be a plumber or an engineer or preacher. This calling is more relational than geographical and more functional that positional. Paul had a relationship with the Corinthian church. Your calling is a process. It’s always growing and changing. Paul originally only knew what God, through Ananias, told him in Acts 9. So all he had to do is release the revelation He had. This is our assignment and calling. Eventually Paul was able to release the fullness of his calling. Our measure of calling is about assignment, authority, and anointing. Through Paul’s life the fullness of what he was told in Acts 9 was fulfilled. Our calling is a lifetime process, and God unfolds it as He wills. This word is an encouragement to all who are pursuing their destiny.

“SIR SMITH”, better known to us at Rally Call as Lionell, and his worship team ministered tonight at Rally Call Center. Their musical talent and their unique and passionate style brought life and joy to the hearts of those who had gathered to worship. Life simply filled the room as people danced, shouted, and sang. The worship can really be summed up in one word…FUN!

Lionell and his team led us into a time of prophetic intercession. Lionell had been prophesying over the destiny of America throughout the worship. At one point, Art and Bruce prophesied about revival and awakening and Austin’s part in this release of spiritual gifts and fresh stirring was released by two or three different people. Nicholas, who had been painting in the back during the service, raced up to the front with a painting of fire. He then prayed and prophesied concerning the fire of the Lord. Lati came forward to release a word out of Joel 2, while Allison came to release words of personal destiny over us. As
the worship concluded, Lionell declared Exodus 2 over us. The “right hand” of the Lord will deliver us and deliver this nation!

Many from Rally Call then gathered around Lionell and his team to pray, prophesy, and minister. There was a strong release of prophetic impartation over each individual and the team as a whole. It was a glorious night, and I believe the Lord’s heart was pleased.

Tonight at Rally Call Center, Scotty Crawford and his worship team from Brownwood, TX came to minister in worship. The worship focused on the resurrection power of the Lord. Victory and celebration exploded as dancing and shouting broke forth.

Towards the end of the worship, a strong prophetic word was released concerning the future of America. God began to declare that the history of the past in America was going to merge with the present so that an awakening could be released in the near future. God is causing the awakenings of the past to merge with the apostolic/prophetic movement of today so that the greatest harvest America has ever seen could come forth. He commanded us to not look at the natural circumstances, but instead we are to look to the harvest and the power of the resurrection that would bring in that harvest.

Following the prophetic word, we began to sing about running to the light and the freedom from sin. We prayed and called in the harvest…commanding them to be released from the darkness and deception that hold them captive.

Bob then began to preach from Luke 5 declaring that God is going to begin to make a demand on the deposit that He has placed in us. He commanded them to go back out into the deep despite the fact that they were tired so that a great catch (harvest) would come. Peter simply responded to the word of the Lord. He trusted Jesus’ timing…time to cast the nets out again in spite of the failure of the past. There was such a great catch that the nets were breaking so they had to be tenacious in order to bring in the blessing. As the blessing came they called to their partners. It took a team to accomplish the task and come into their destinies and bring in a great harvest.

Let us do the same!

Greg Barnes led us into shouts and declarations of praise about God’s unchangeable nature. Many began to release the songs of their hearts as a spontaneous chorus of the Lord came forth.

Bob then talked about the components for revival and for your individual miracles. These things are things that need to be cultivated in our lives and even guarded so that the enemy doesn’t rob them of these things.

I. Hope – Proverbs 13:12

  1. Hope is a tree of life.
  2. An expectancy of the future should be full of hope.
  3. Hopelessness comes when there is disappointments
  4. Often we can miss the miracles of God when we are hopeless simply because we can’t see the miracles God has sent. (e.g. Moses speaks a word of deliverance to the people of God who were in slavery in Egypt. They were so hopeless that they couldn’t hear the word of the Lord because of their despondency. The prophetic word of the Lord is needed to break hopelessness.)

II. Hunger – Matthew 5:6

  1. God has promised that we would be satisfied as we hunger.
  2. It’s hunger for truth and the knowledge of God.
  3. Spiritual hunger will lead you into places you wouldn’t normally go.

III. Humility – Matthew 26:31 – 33

  1. Peter was not humble in his declaration, but he was sincere. All the passion in the world, however, couldn’t make this happen.
  2. We are incapable of making the miracle happen. We can’t make it happen, but we do have to play our part by engaging in both hope and hunger.

Holy, Holy, Holy! As dancing, shouting, and celebration ascended to the throne, God descended into our midst to declare Colossian 2:15. When this scripture was declared corporately, a prophetic word was released that the Lord was public humiliating the structures in Austin that are resisting Him in the city. In particular, God was targeting Jezebel, declaring that her hold over the city was being humiliated. His fire and His throne’s glory is being released against this demonic structure. Shouts and roars came forth followed by a song of God’s fire. As this song came forth, red flags and red/orange streamers were being waved while some shouted and freedom.

Following the worship and intercession time Doug Gephart brought for a word titled “Discontinuity Defines Dominion”

He defined discontinuity as the contradiction of our lives with the things of the world. God’s dominion is a discontinuity from the fallen dominion of darkness. Doug, therefore, made three points.

Defining - Each of us are carriers of His dominion in the earth. We are the discontinuity when compared to the world. Eg. Paul was the man who through the anointing of God was performing extra ordinary miracles.

Developing - We must develope personal spiritual disciplines in order to fully demonstrate the dominion of God. Fasting, prayer, study of the word as a matter of a lifestyle was the norm of the New Testemant Church that walked in great authority and power.

Deploying - We no longer have option to blend into the culture. We must take action based off the power and authority that Christ has given us. We must be His express the dominion of God in the earth where ever God has assigned us.

What a challenging word!

I don’t think that tonight’s Rally Call meeting can be fully described in human words. The worship team, led by Deb Griffin, took us immediately into a place of warfare. It was strong, it was powerful, and it was full of authority. And then, somehow, out of that place of warfare in the spirit, we shifted into an intense crying out for more of God. It wasn’t a sweet and intimate flow…it was more of a passionate cry to really know Him - to know His glory, to know His fullness, to know HIM so that we would have fresh strategy and war from a higher place.

This passionate and zealous cry released a prophetic word about knowing God as if God, Himself, was crying out to us and even for us to KNOW Him. He was releasing a sound on our behalf that He knew that we couldn’t make, therefore, by His grace He was releasing what He knew we want in our hearts - to KNOW HIM.

All the while, the worship team is flowing in and out of spontaneous and prophetic song. We were lifted to new heights in the spirit.

Bob then ministered out of Philippians 3:10 - 11 talking about the deep passion in Paul to know Jesus, one, in the power of His resurrection and, two, in the fellowship of His suffering. In the Greek language, however, these two thing merge into one. They are intertwined and inseparable.

It was simply one of the most incredible nights in God’s presence. Indescribable.

Tonight was all about gratitude. Person after person took the microphone during the worship to release public declarations and prayers of thanksgiving to the Lord. While some expressed thankfulness for the cross and God’s never ending grace, others gave testimonies of the physical and emotional healing they have experienced in recent days.

From this position of gratitude, we took communion together. Two couples helped distribute the elements while laying hands on each person who came forward to receive the Lord’s table. Prophetic words were released over each person as they received prayer and the elements.

We concluded the service by praying over the Dorris’ because Jon is going to Nepal this week. A team gathered around he and his wife to send him out and release them into the work God has called them to even in Austin. It was truly an Antioch moment.

After our spirit man was fed, we shared a meal together. The food and the fellowship was fantastic!

Victory!!!!!!!!!!! Tonight’s worship focused around God’s current victory, our victory, and the victory of the Kingdom. Flags waved as some jumped and shouted while we declared this victory.

As we concluded the worship, we laid hands on Bev and Christy to send them out on a ministry assignment on Sunday morning. This team of two will be joined by Bruce and Cissy. Several gathered around them to pray and call forth God’s purposes as they ministry tomorrow.

During the teaching time, Bob concluded his series on “Proclamation and Declaration” by sharing about the
different kinds of people that we need to be reaching out to and ministering to.
1) The lame man in Acts 3 - the hopeless man
2) Simon who offered to pay money to be able to lay hands on people to impart the gift of the Holy Spirit in Acts 8 - the ambitious man
3) The Ethiopian eunuch who Philip witnessed to in Acts 8 - the religious man
4) Apollos who encountered Priscilla and Aquila in Acts 18 - the spiritual man
whose revelation was incomplete
5) The disciples at Ephesus who didn’t know there was a Holy Spirit until
they met Paul in Acts 19 - the disconnect disciples.

Each of these different kinds of people and groups need to be reached out to and ministered to. So let’s
do it!!!

Open Up the Gates! Open Up the Gates! This was our declaration tonight.

We began hearing that the spirit of prophecy is the testimony of Jesus. This revelation birthed a freedom – shouts of praise and deliverance washed over each one individually. Dance and joy were released with great intensity. Once God had worked in us individually, we began to move into prophetic intercession for Austin as a key capitol city.

Out of our God given authority we broke the power of liberalism and anti-Christ philosophies that had been released in the city over the last few days. We began to declare a cleansing and a washing from the false declarations made. Prophetic words calling for Austin to change…the art, media, education, economics, music, and technology…were released. All these must repent and change. We proclaimed that all these things and the generations of Austin would come to a higher place. It was a powerful prophetic flow that no one could deny.

Following the worship, Bob preached a message entitled “Proclamation and Demonstration of the Kingdom”. (I Cor. 2:1 – 16) He challenged the church to demonstrate the proclamations that we are making prophetically. We will have to hear differently. Bob was challenging us to hear prophetically in a way that we have never heard before. This next level of reformation will require more courage than anything we’ve ever had. Supernatural signs and wonders and healings are our inheritance that we can’t give up. We must pursue this demonstration of the Kingdom.

Our Saturday at Rally Call Center was full of revelation, revelation and more revelation. Apostle Jim Hodges spent hours teaching at Rally Call Institute during the day and then ministered at night in our regular Saturday night service. The challenging revelation on “End-Times” issues and the inspiring message on “Shifts” that must be made in the church to see true Kingdom advancement and cultural transformation were packed full of revelation and strong apostolic anointing.

During the worship in the Saturday night service, there was an intense sound of war released with several prophetic calls for the warriors to arise.

Probably the most moving part of the evening was a Rally Call Institute graduation. Bruce Stalmach, Cissy Stalmach, and Allison Gephardt were our first to complete the requirements for a Bachelor’s of Christian Ministry. It is a blessing and an honor to co-labor with these three warriors. We are grateful to see them accomplish this task. We love you!
