Breaking False Declarations

INTRODUCTION:
For many years there has been a growing revelation in my life of the present day authority of Jesus as not only Savior and Christ but as King/Lord. (Luke 2) As the resurrected and ruling Son, Christ Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father on the throne of David. Understanding of the present day rule of the Kingdom of God is being poured out upon the Church.

In the Psalms, the Father prophetically tells the Son-“Sit at my right hand, until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.” (Ps.110)

In the books of the Prophets, Isaiah tells Israel- “Now it will come to pass that in the last days, the mountain of the Lord will be established as the chief of the mountains…and all the nations will stream into it.” (Isaiah 2:2)
Isaiah continues in Isaiah 9:6-“For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; and the government shall rest upon His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the INCREASE OF HIS GOVERNMENT (emphasis added)

In the Gospels, the Son tells the first apostles-“I am going to build my Church and the gates of hell shall not overpower it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” (Matthew 16:18-19)

In the Epistles, the apostles tell the Church-“And He (Father) put all things in subjection under His (Son) feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the Church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. (Ephesians 1:22-23) The apostle Paul continues and also tells the Church that his apostolic grace to bring to light the mystery that had been hidden in God was –“in order that the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known through the Church to the rulers and the authorities in the heavenly places”

The revelation of the present day authority of Gods ruling Son, of Gods increasing Kingdom, and of His undefeatable Church is now actually leading Christianity into a literal Reformation. Every reformation movement begins with a God given revelation of specific Truth. As the sound of that Truth is heralded and heard, the movement not only grows but functions. The sound of Gods authority is being released in the Earth by a Church now in Reformation! The sound of God is overpowering every false sound!

The very identity of our ministry at Rally Call was birthed out of Nehemiah 4:20. In this verse Nehemiah, as the apostolic style leader of a volunteer company of re-builder’s, sets in place a new component of their mission. The rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem was being successful even though the building was taking place in the midst of intense opposition. (See Ps.2:2b) The resistance from the regional political/governmental “authorities” was so severe, that every builder also wore a sword on his side. In the midst of that setting, Nehemiah sets in place a new component –the immediate response to a spontaneous trumpet sound/call to rally together at strategic sites ! Fresh revelation and strategy had come to Nehemiah. “At whatever place you hear the sound of the trumpet, rally to us there. Our God will fight for us.”

The revelation contains an authorization not just to gather, but “to convene or to congregate.” To convene or congregate in the usage of the Hebrew in this passage is about coming together for a purpose. Most of the time, the word convene is a governmental, legislative word. The people of God, when called together by God at a specific time and place are authorized to legislate under His authority. There is a specific dimension of HIS engagement, out of the midst of His people, against the enemy This study is about releasing and responding to the sound to convene, releasing the sound of true declarations that override false ones and about the releasing the sound of God ordained JUDICIAL and LEGISLATIVE authority in the Earth. The key words are Congregate, Legislate, Appropriate and Initiate.
Scripture is filled with confrontations between true and false spiritual systems and their leaders. We are on solid Biblical ground when we speak of breaking false declarations AND making judicial rulings. One well known example is in 1st Samuel 17:41. Goliath spoke over David a false declaration as they met in battle. Notice he also cursed David by his god. THEN David responded with the declaration of Truth rooted in specific God given revelation. There was both authority and power in David’s prophetic declaration. That sound will always prevail !!

PART ONE—BREAKING THE FALSE DECLARATIONS OF ISLAM
Islam must be understood as government. The word Islam means submission. It’s theological worldview is that Islam is destined to dominate the world. Its stated goals are for followers to spend eternity with Allah in paradise, to convert non-believers from the false to the true way and to establish the Islamic State, without which Islam is incomplete. Remember the meanings to many of the words are much different than how a non-Muslim would define them. Christians must educate themselves on Islam, stop being AFRAID of Muslims, start loving Muslims, share the gospel with Muslims AND start boldly speaking out AGAINST Islam.
OUR POSITION AS GATHERED CHRISTIAN BELIEVERS: “CONVENED HERE TOGETHER IN THE COURT OF JEHOVAH GOD, WE RULE AGAINST ISLAM IN OUR LAND. ENTRANCE IS DENIED AND ISLAM YOU ARE FOUND IN TRESPASS. ALL INFLUENCE IS NOW ILLEGAL AS THIS NATION IS -“ONE NATION UNDER GOD.” WE DECLARE THAT ALL FAVOR, FUNDING, GROWTH AND INFLUENCE OF ISLAM IN AMERICA IS NOW BOUND, AND THE VERY JUDGEMENT OF GOD IS RELEASED UPON IT”
EACH PILLAR HAS WITHIN IT A FALSE DECLARATION. WE WILL NOW PRAY, DECLARE AND LEGISLATE IN RESPECT TO EACH PILLAR.

ISLAM —5 PILLARS
“The five duties incumbent upon every Muslim” “They are the framework of the Muslim life”

1. Shahadah— Declaration of who God is.

“The testimony of faith is the most important pillar of Islam”
“The testimony of faith is saying with conviction, “La ilaha illa Allah, Muhammadur rasoolu Allah.”  This saying means “There is no true god (deity) but God (Allah), and Muhammad is the Messenger (Prophet) of God.”  The first part, “There is no true god but God,” means that none has the right to be worshipped but God alone, and that God has neither partner nor son. (emphasis added ) This testimony of faith is called the Shahada, a simple formula which should be said with conviction in order to convert to Islam. It ideally is the first words a newborn child hears.”

Prayer Point:
1. The Shahadah of Islam is a false declaration of who God really is. Therefore its sound must be overpowered by the sound of Truth and declaration of who the true God is. (note- Allah is NOT just an Arabic name for the God of the Bible. Allah is not God )

DECLARATION:
“We declare that You OH, LORD, Jehovah God, Creator God, the God of Israel, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, that YOU are the One True God of all the Earth and that there is NO other. We declare the LORD Jesus Christ, that You ARE the Son of God, the only begotten Son and that you are God come in the flesh, Immanuel and that you are the Way, the Truth and the Life. Lord Jesus, there is NO other name given under heaven where men might be saved ! We worship you LORD, and our hearts leap with the joy of knowing You! ( Exodus 3:16 ,Deut. 6:4, Ps. 24:1, Is. 9, Eph1:3, Acts 4:12 )

We declare that Allah is NOT God, that Muhammad is NOT the messenger of the True God, and that the testimony of Islam is false. We decree in the name of Jesus, that its sound will begin to wane, waver and weaken. Our ruling is that fewer and fewer will follow and that MANY will depart from Islam!

2. Salah—Prayer 5 times a day (and the call to prayer)

(declaration, call and prayers are in Arabic –“the language of the Revelation”)
“A translation of the Adan or Call to Prayer is:
God is Great.
God is Great.

I testify that there is none worthy of worship except God.
I testify that there is none worthy of worship except God.
I testify that Muhammad is the messenger of God.

PRAYER POINT:
1. Again, there is a declaration in the sound that is released. It is no accident that God SPOKE the creation into existence. It is no accident that Salvation is connected to SPEAKING the faith that comes from the heart. It is no accident that the Lord Jesus Christ told Peter that upon the truth of what Peter SPOKE forth that He would build His victorious Church.
2. Muhammad is NOT the messenger of the true God.

DECLARATION:
LORD, it is our joy to call You FATHER! We worship you LORD and we praise Your wonderful Name. Thank You for forgiving us of all our sin and we forgive others in the same way that You have forgiven us. We declare YOUR Kingdom –come! YOUR will be done! Kingdom of God-come! Will of God –be done! We declare that we have been born again by Your Word, by the shed blood of Jesus Christ and by the power of Your Spirit. We will pray without stopping, Lord. We will pray all the time in the Spirit! We will speak and sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs and make melody in our hearts to you! (Matthew 6, John 3, 1 Pet. 1:23, Eph. 5:18-20)

Here in the Court of our God, our ruling here in the Spirit is that the sound of the Islamic call to prayer is a seducing sound, calling for prayer to a false god. We decree that this sound and this call is bound in the name of Jesus. We declare that this false sound will lessen in this nation and that fewer and fewer will hear it and fewer and fewer will respond.

3. Zakat—Giving

“One of the most important principles of Islam is that all things belong to God, and that wealth is therefore held by human beings in trust. The word zakat means both ‘purification’ and ‘growth’. Our possessions are purified by setting aside a proportion for those in need, and, like the pruning of plants, this cutting back balances and encourages new growth. Each Muslim calculates his or her own zakat individually. For most purposes this involves the payment each year of two and a half percent of one’s capita. It is also called “compulsory charity”

PRAYER POINT:
Several Islamic charities have been exposed for funneling monies to militant terrorist groups. In many circles of Islam this would be theologically legitimate in the name of ZAKAT.

DECLARATION:
LORD, thank You that the Earth belongs to YOU. You fully give all things needed to those who seek first Your Kingdom in their life. You give abundance to Your people and have broken the curse of poverty through Your Son. Thank you Lord that you empower your people to be generous in their own lives and that our gratitude to You overflows in our giving to others and to the work of Your transforming gospel. You have decreed that what we give, will be given back in many forms and that it shall a blessing that runs over! How grateful we are Lord that we never have to give out of compulsion, fear or obligation! (Ps. 24, Mal. 3:10, Matt. 6:24, 2Cor.9:10 )
In the name of Jesus, we declare that the Zakat of Islam is NOT the giving of the Word of God. We declare that what is given in the name of Allah and Muhammad is in vain and that it will bear no fruit. We take authority over the flow of finances being funneled to terrorists done in the name of Zakat and we declare in the name of Jesus Christ that it shall be cut off and its sources exposed. We decree the wealth of Islam to be supernaturally released and shifted out of their hands.

4. SAWM—FASTING

“Every year in the month of Ramadan, all Muslims fast from first light until sundown, abstaining from food, drink, and sexual relations . Although the fast is most beneficial to the health, it is regarded principally as a method of self purification”

PRAYER POINT
One overlooked point of the obligatory fasting in Islam is that’s done in the month of Ramadan. Ramadan is about two specific events in Islam. First it is specifically timed with the sighting of the New Moon. Space and time here do not permit that to be fully expounded upon. Secondly, Ramadan is the month that, according to Islamic belief, Muhammad received the Quran and its revelations. Remember this issue of revelation and fasting when praying over this Pillar! False revelation and deception are key words.

DECLARATION:
Lord, it is out of our relationship with You that we fast! We worship and minister to YOU with our fasting.
Thank you Lord that the fast You find pleasure in is when we fast to undo wickedness and set people free. The fast that you bless is the fast that seeks to break off oppression and give food to the poor and clothing to the naked. We wash our faces and refuse to look sad because our hearts grow stronger in these times! We thank You Lord that as we worship with fasting, a TRUE deeper revelation of you flows into our lives. Thank you that Truth increases in us! (2Chron. 20:3, Is.58, Matt. 6)

LORD GOD, in the name of Jesus, we declare that the fast of Islam is a false fast. We say over this pillar of Islam that you are crumbling. We bind all release and reception of false revelation from the pillar of fasting in Islam. We declare that in the month of Ramadan that false revelation, error, demonic impartation and deception is bound in the name of Jesus. The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ rules today that the multitudes blinded by the deception of Islam will begin to be able to open their eyes to Truth.

5. HAJJ—annual pilgrimage to Mecca (once in a lifetime is obligatory)

“Male pilgrims wear special simple clothes which strip away distinctions of class and culture so that all stand equal before God. In the Haram mosque is the Kaaba (a black building )which Muslims turn toward when praying.  The Kaaba is the place of worship which God commanded the Prophets Abraham and his son, Ishmael, to build The rites of the Hajj include circling the Kaaba seven times and going seven times between the hillocks of Safa and Marwa, as Hagar did during her search for water.  Then the pilgrims stand together in Arafa and ask God for what they wish and for His forgiveness, in what is often thought of as a preview of the Day of Judgment. One part also includes a symbolic throwing of stones at the Devil”.

PRAYER POINT
The revelation God has given us concerning the pilgrimage to Mecca is about THE CROSS. The physical journey to Mecca is a natural journey that is a counterfeit to the spiritual journey each man must make to the Cross. The Cross is where the issue of the Day of Judgment is dealt with. In Islam, the standard teaching is that when Jesus prayed for the “cup to pass” in the Garden, God then saved Him from that death and allowed Him to pass bodily into Heaven. (1 Cor.1:18, I Peter 2:24 )

DECLARATION:
LORD, The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, those redeemed by the blood He shed on the Cross of Calvary, we convene here today and we declare that the Hajj of Islam is a false declaration. Seated together with You, Lord in the heavenly court, our ruling in the Spirit, our legislation today is that the pillar of the call to Hajj is overturned and disallowed! We call out in the Holy Spirit, we issue a prophetic call to every precious Muslim today to be loosed from the deception of Islam in the name of Jesus. We declare today the there is NOW a supernatural SUMMONS sent to you —“COME TO THE CROSS OF CHRIST AND BE SAVED!!!” In the name of Jesus Islam your pillars are weakening and your influence is lessening. Your system is falling. Your cause shall not prevail in the earth. The Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is spiritually and judicially seated at the right hand of God ( Eph. 4:2-7) along with Christ Jesus whom God has made Head of the Church and Head over all things on behalf of the Church ( Eph. 1:22 ) and we NOW declare that the judgment of God is being released upon the false religion of Islam. We decree in the name of Jesus that millions of precious men, women and children shall depart from Islam.
